Ogloba expects every supplier and subcontractor it engages to share our commitment to lawful, ethical, and sustainable business practices. Suppliers are expected to comply with this Code and to flow equivalent requirements down their own supply chain.
1. Legal compliance
Suppliers comply with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction in which they operate, including anti-bribery, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, export control, and data-protection law.
2. Labour & human rights
Suppliers prohibit child labour, forced labour, and any form of human trafficking. Suppliers respect freedom of association, pay at or above legal minimum wages, and provide working conditions that meet or exceed local labour standards.
3. Health & safety
Suppliers provide a safe and healthy working environment, with documented procedures for hazard identification, incident reporting, and emergency response.
4. Environmental responsibility
Suppliers minimise environmental impact across their operations, including waste, emissions, water use, and hazardous materials handling, in line with applicable regulations.
5. Business ethics & anti-corruption
Suppliers do not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or improper gifts. Conflicts of interest are disclosed in writing. Suppliers maintain accurate books and records.
6. Information security & confidentiality
Suppliers handle Ogloba information and personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, in line with our written instructions and applicable data-protection law.
7. Audits & reporting
Suppliers cooperate with reasonable audits Ogloba may carry out to verify compliance. Suppliers report any suspected breach of this Code to ethics@ogloba.com without delay.
8. Breach & remediation
Material breach of this Code may result in remediation plans, suspension of orders, or termination of the relationship. Ogloba supports good-faith remediation but reserves the right to act swiftly on serious violations.
